  Real bunch of amateurs, their website is a joke, when it's actually working at all. They also sell on ebay but unfortunately don't know how to set seller listing preferences resulting in them blocking potential buyers from asking questions about items. I had to resort to emailing them direct via their website email address as they had made it impossible for customers to contact them via ebay messages. But even then they were unable give a straight answer to my query (they appeared to be ignorant of what the term hardshell meant) After making fools of themselves they took the vindictive step of cancelling an order I had already placed via ebay and blocking me from further purchases, the irony is they appear to be blissfully unaware that buyers can still leave feedback for cancelled items AVOID
